Sierra Vista One is a welcoming affordable housing community in Mountain View designed with families in mind. The community offers 34 spacious apartment homes, including two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans that provide room for households to live, grow, and feel at home.

Many of the larger homes feature townhouse-style layouts, creating a comfortable residential atmosphere with generous living spaces and private balconies. Each home is thoughtfully designed with practical features that make everyday living easier, including full kitchens, dishwashers, heating, and garbage disposals.

Sierra Vista One provides a professionally managed community where residents can enjoy convenient on-site amenities, outdoor spaces, and opportunities to connect with their neighbors.

The community participates in a Project-Based Section 8 housing program, with income and occupancy requirements applying. Housing Choice Vouchers are also welcome, and supportive services are available through community partners
